Full diagnostic, fault confirmed

Fixed within two working days

We run a complete diagnostic before any quote is issued. You see the confirmed fault, the affected component, and the repair scope — nothing starts until you approve it.

Parts are matched to manufacturer specification. A cheap substitute fails within months — we stock genuine replacements because the repair has to last beyond the handover.

Bring it in Monday, collect Wednesday. That window is our standard commitment — not a best-case estimate. Complex faults are flagged upfront, never discovered at pickup.

Every part is sourced to OEM specification and verified before installation. We show you what was replaced and why — the part number is on the invoice.

Off-spec components degrade under Dubai's heat load. We don't install them — not because we can't source them cheaply, but because they fail.
